As a clinician, I can say that I feel like I have experienced what seems like a number of different lives in this lifetime, having shifted through some pretty intense and dramatic changes over the years myself. And it is through my own growth and change that I have the capacity and insight to help clients put the pieces together and heal old wounds, recent traumas, improve or end relationships, to find or live their purpose, or to increase health and wellbeing. Or maybe all of that. And in the process of this unraveling and connecting, uncover the gem of their true self and nature.
Using evidence-based approaches we’ll collaborate and address what is causing distress, concerns and a desire for change. Through our time in sessions together, you’ll find calm, gain clarity, and the confidence to improve aspects of your life and create the story you desire for the future.
Integrative psychotherapy means there is not a cookie cutter approach to working with clients. Instead, it is the unique story of each individual that guides how we work together and pull from a variety of evidence-based therapies. As not all approaches work for every client.
I work with adults across the lifespan (18 – 99+) and treatment approaches may include:
-
- Attachment-based
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
- EMDR
- Existential and Spiritual Explorations
- Family Systems
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Interpersonal
- Mindfulness-Based
- Narrative Therapy
- Person-Centered
- Strength-Based
- Trauma Focused
I understand that looking for help is a vulnerable time, and it takes courage to purposefully and intentionally show up for each session because we want to feel better.
I invite you to reach out, and I look forward to meeting you wherever you are on your own personal journey and being a part of your story as it unfolds.
