About Lisa K. Smith, MS, LCPC
I am a certified complex trauma therapist (CCTP-II), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level One and EMDR-trained, a yoga teacher and a former first responder. Through my various clinical and non-clinical experiences, I have a unique perspective and lens through which to view how this human experience impacts us all, individually and collectively. I work with adults across the lifespan experiencing a variety of difficulties, to include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship problems, adjusting to life transitions, and issues around growing older.
