Welcome.  I’m glad you’re here.

You may have noticed that it’s possible to experience opposing aspects of your own internal world and mind in the span of a few moments. On one hand, you feel joy but on the other sadness. Or hopeful, yet another part reminds you that life is hopeless and depressing and it’ll never work out. Or you’re worried and anxious, while you still muster the courage to show up for what that scares you most. You are embracing the aging process, yet you long for your youthful body. Perhaps you love your partner yet also despise them. Or you’re torn between staying in a job for financial security, but you also want to live with more passion, freedom, and creativity.

So, about all this talk of internal conflict and conversations in your mind, the differing thoughts, feelings, emotions, which leave you with very little calm or peace in your body.  Yes, the internal struggle is real.  And normal.  It’s just not ideal.  I’m here to be present with you as you build a new relationship to legitimate concerns, anxieties, anger, grief, and despair about past experiences or present troubles, and to transform these into something more aligned with your goals.

Like it or not, these unique aspects of you, that may be perceived as either positive and negative, are moving you toward more connection to your Self, your purpose, your health, your relationships, or even more exciting, something yet unknown.  Although you may feel alone, reluctant, resistant or unsure where to start, you’re here.  And I invite you to honor the desire for change by reaching out today.

There is a conversation happening inside. You pay deep attention to what your inner world is saying ~ Rupi Kaur
